Meet Howard Honig


Howard, President of The ALJEN GROUP has extensive experience in Executive Staffing, Recruiting and Business Management.

Prior to opening The ALJEN GROUP, Howard was recruited to work for two prominent NASDAQ-listed search and recruiting firms. Within these companies, he built and grew national organizations, as well as, having significant corporate management responsibility. He held Senior Vice President roles within these organizations, and was an integral part of their executive management teams. While in these positions, Howard was responsible for organizations with national scope, managing over 20 branch offices. In each of these positions he was successful in identifying, recruiting and retaining top-talented professionals. Howard’s recruiting success was acknowledged in these organizations as he earned top national recruiter honors for several years. He continues to enjoy recruiting success at The ALJEN GROUP, attracting top talent for his clients.

Prior to entering the recruiting field, Howard, a CPA, was on the audit management team with KPMG, a “Big Four” CPA Firm. He started his career with Laventhol and Horwath, at that time the 10th largest CPA Firm. Howard was an adjunct lecturer of Accounting at Hunter College in NYC and at Raritan College in NJ. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College of the City University of New York.
